Discover the impact of working with Artsmark Partners (part one)
The Artsmark Partnership Programme connects educational settings with cultural organisations on your doorstep.
This week marks Mental Health Awareness Week! We want to celebrate the importance of creativity and how this can help support children and young people’s wellbeing.
Here at Artis, we strongly believe that the arts inspire and motivate children’s creativity, allowing them to find their voice and open up their imagination. As well as giving them a space to explore challenging themes more openly outside of the formal learning environment, the arts help to build young people’s confidence, resilience and self-esteem.
As we launch the first Artsmark Celebration Week, Arts Council England's Chief Executive, Darren Henley, blogs about the important role arts and culture has on a young person's development, and has a special message of thanks for our Artsmark schools.
Our Chief Executive Darren Henley tells us why schools, education settings and cultural organisations across the country are taking time to appreciate the benefits of cultural education this week.
