In just under three months, The Victory Academy’s new librarian transformed their awkward, unloved library into an inclusive and vibrant space where children now feel welcome and safe. We speak to their Head of English, Layla Steeples, and librarian Jo Gallant about their vision.

Jayne Seddon is an artist, educator, creative producer, and Artsmark Partner. As Artist in Residence at LIPA Primary and High School, she works collaboratively with the school and a range of cultural partners to develop innovative art projects for both the LIPA pupils and the other settings they support.

Bedford High in Leigh, north west England, have used Artsmark to transform their own practice within the school and influencing the work of other settings throughout their seven-year Artsmark journey.
